Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 3–7 days for ready-to-ship (original work) orders, and 2–10 weeks for made-to-order commissions. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is on the way.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2–7 days using Royal Mail. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping. Charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• United States: Orders are shipped with Postal Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP). This means all duties and import taxes are included at checkout — no surprise fees when your package arrives.

• European Union: We don’t currently collect VAT at checkout. Local customs offices may charge import VAT and handling fees on delivery.

• Other Countries: Import duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply depending on your country’s customs regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note: When ordering from NeedlefeltbyKelly, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations. Cross-border deliveries may be subject to customs inspection.
