What’s the payment process?

For orders under £150: Full payment upfront.

For orders over £150: Full payment or 30% non-refundable deposit required. Balance due before dispatch.

How do I care for my felted piece?

Each piece is crafted from hand-felted wool and is intended for decorative use only.

• Not suitable as a toy

• Keep away from moisture

• Avoid pulling or rubbing the wool

• If dusty, gently brush with a soft brush

• If misshapen during travel, gently reshape by hand

• For flat blanket-style pieces, low heat ironing (no steam) is acceptable

Some sculptures include wire armatures for light posing. Please avoid excessive bending.

Pieces with resin eyes should be kept away from prolonged direct sunlight.
